Royal Match Unfair Ban From Team Chat

In Royal Match, I was banned on January 16, 2026, for using a slang word in the team chat that is commonly used in everyday conversation. I did not direct the word at any specific player, nor was I involved in any argument or conflict. I used it as a general expression, yet I was immediately banned.

I have no prior ban history, so receiving such a severe penalty for a first offense has been both surprising and frustrating. For nearly a week now, I have not been able to access my account, benefit from my in-game progress, or successfully communicate with the support team.

I am requesting that the Royal Match team review the ban placed on my account and remove it so I can regain access to my account.
