I ordered a Powertec TR 1818 shaver through N11. I opened the product and tried it on, working it upwards from my neck. When I scratched and injured my neck, I noticed the nameplate was crooked, the teeth were crossed, and the head was wobbly. The old shaver I had at home was much cleaner, and I was scratching it. I repackaged it the same day and got a shipping code. It was shipped, and the product arrived. I received an email saying the seller requested 30 days for the product to be inspected. I called and explained that I absolutely refused, that such situations occur much more frequently on N11 than on other platforms, and that I was aware of my rights. They said the hygiene product and authorized service center were required to issue a report stating that it was defective, etc. I reiterated that I knew my rights. After all, the person wouldn't issue a defective report for their own product. As if the damage the defective product had done to my skin wasn't enough, they're talking so absurdly. If I went to a doctor and explained my condition, I could get a clear report. Where does this confidence come from? I clearly want a refund, just as quickly.
