Rolex Watch Developing Condensation and Taking on Water After 3 Years

I have been using my Rolex watch, reference number 72200, for more than three years. Despite never being subjected to any impact, heavy use, or unusual exposure to water, the watch has developed a serious condensation and water intrusion problem over the past three days. Considering the quality level of this watch and its water-resistance claims, I am extremely disappointed to be experiencing this kind of issue.

I have not yet taken the watch to an authorized service center or dealer. However, I request that the watch be thoroughly inspected, the cause of the problem be clearly identified, and the issue be evaluated under the applicable warranty and defective-product coverage. I request that the watch be repaired free of charge or, if necessary, replaced.

I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and permanently in a manner consistent with the reputation of the brand.
