Robx SW608-A Steam Cleaner Poses Severe Burn Risk After Violent Pipe Burst
On February 17, 2025, I purchased a Robx SW608-A steam cleaner through Hepsiburada. I relied on this appliance regularly for household cleaning until August 27, 2026, when it suffered a critical malfunction that posed a severe safety hazard.
While operating the device, I temporarily set the handle down to grab a cleaning cloth. Seconds later, there was a sudden, loud pop, followed immediately by a violent rupture that sprayed high-pressure steam out of the pipe near the handle assembly. Had I been holding the handle at that moment, the escaping steam would have inflicted severe burn injuries.
This alarming failure has completely shattered my trust in the safety and manufacturing quality of this product. Given the extreme safety risk involved, I demand that Robx perform a thorough technical inspection of the appliance and issue either a full refund or a replacement with a brand-new unit. I expect a prompt response detailing how this issue will be resolved.
