Dreame F9 Refund Delayed After Service Approval
I purchased a Dreame F9 robot vacuum cleaner via Hepsiburada, and after a problem with the device, it was sent to technical service. On 30 October, I received an SMS stating that the product had reached the service, and about a week later, when I called, I was informed that the return had been approved. However, despite the approval, the refund related to my purchase with reference/invoice number GIB2025000000316 has still not been made. It has been approximately two months since the return approval, and during this entire period I have been waiting for the refund to be processed, but no payment has been credited back to my card. This long delay is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that the refund for the Dreame F9 robot vacuum be made to my card without any further delay and that the refund process be completed as soon as possible.
