Robx Steam Cleaner Leaves Stains – Won’t Accept My Return
I purchased a Robx steam cleaner, which was delivered to me on February 13, 2025. I tested it the same day on windows and cabinets, but instead of cleaning properly, it left visible stains on the surfaces. Worse, I had to wipe everything down multiple times with a cloth afterward, completely defeating the purpose of using a steam cleaner.
Since the product does not perform as expected, I contacted the company via WhatsApp to request a return. However, their responses indirectly suggested that they would not accept it. This is completely unacceptable! I do not want to keep a device that doesn’t work as advertised. Robx, process my return immediately! I demand a resolution for this issue!
