I purchased a Robx steam cleaner, and it arrived quickly. However, when I tested it, I attached just one nozzle, and immediately, water leaked everywhere! Instead of making cleaning easier, this device makes it harder because I have to wipe up all the excess water afterward.
I decided to return it the next day—the product was in my possession for less than 24 hours. I carefully repackaged it and sent it back, but my return request was rejected. Now, they’re saying they will send the product back to me. To make matters worse, I never received an invoice! The company never issued one, and I can’t find it anywhere. How is this even legal? I checked my email multiple times, but nothing was sent.
I refuse to keep a product that doesn’t work, and I will take this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board if necessary. Their WhatsApp support is useless—they don’t even respond! This company does not stand behind its products, and I deeply regret my purchase. Robx, process my refund immediately!
