Robux Spent Without Permission on My Roblox Account

I purchased Robux from a different site called Hesap com in 2025 and had no problem with the purchase itself. However, today I realized that someone else had used my Robux in the past without my permission and spent them on making an avatar on my Roblox account. This situation happened completely without my consent and I am extremely angry and upset about it. As soon as I noticed that my Robux had been spent without permission, I immediately changed my password to secure my account. Despite this, I am very uncomfortable that such an unauthorized transaction could happen and that my account and Robux were not adequately protected. I tried to reach support, but I have not received any response yet. I request that the Robux that were spent without my permission be fully restored to my account and that my account be examined in detail. I also want the necessary security checks to be made so that similar unauthorized use will not happen again. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my losses to be compensated.
