I Face Unauthorized Robux Purchase On My Roblox Account

Hello, while I was browsing Roblox, I suddenly noticed that 1,000 Robux were added to my account. However, I never saved my card information on the platform, nor did I authorize any purchase. This unexpected transaction shocked me, and I immediately contacted the Roblox support team. Unfortunately, their responses were not helpful and did not resolve my issue.

To further investigate, I called my bank. Surprisingly, they claimed that the transaction appeared to have been made by me, even though I never made such a purchase. This situation has caused me significant stress, as it involved my hard-earned money disappearing without my consent.

I kindly request a full investigation of this unauthorized purchase, a refund of the deducted amount, and the removal of the 1,000 Robux from my account if necessary. I also expect Roblox to review their security policies to prevent similar incidents in the future. Please resolve this as soon as possible, as I feel completely helpless and frustrated by this experience.
