Someone Hacked My Roblox Account and Got It Banned

My Roblox account was hacked by someone I don’t know. That person logged into my account and started insulting other players, which led to my account being permanently banned. I had spent a lot of money on in-game items, accessories, and outfits—and now it’s all gone through no fault of my own.

I want to make it clear that I never used offensive language or violated any community rules. This punishment is completely unfair, and it has left me deeply upset and discouraged. Roblox was a huge part of my daily routine and happiness, and losing my account like this has affected me emotionally.

I’m asking Roblox Support to please review the situation, unban my account, and help me recover access. The account was clearly hijacked, and I shouldn’t be punished for someone else’s actions. I truly hope someone will step in and resolve this. I just want my account and everything I worked for back.
