My Roblox Account Loses Robux Due to Unauthorized Game Pass Purchases

I would like to share a serious security and victimization issue I experienced with my Roblox account. I am a game developer, and on August 10, 2025, I loaded 1,000 Robux into my account using a Robux code on my computer. My goal was to acquire my group and launch my game on time. However, when I logged into my account the next morning, I noticed that only 69 Robux remained in my balance, and the remaining Robux had been used by unknown accounts to purchase Game Passes. Two-factor authentication is active on my account, and no one else has access to it. As a result of this situation, I suffered a financial loss of approximately ₺407 and was also inconvenienced because I could not launch my game on time. Despite contacting the support team multiple times, I have not received any response, and my situation remains unresolved. My account username is berkforcesyt. I have a photo of the Robux code.
