Roborock S7 Has WiFi and Sensor Issues and Service Blames Detergent Use

I bought the Roborock S7 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt 1 year and 11 months ago, and now it has both Wi-Fi connection and sensor errors. I sent it to the service, but they returned it with the absurd excuse that detergent was used. Of course, I sent it back again. I only used detergent for the robot vacuum once, and I still have the order records from the website where I purchased it. In fact, I regularly guide my friends on where and how to buy detergent for robot vacuums. Yet, after not using detergent for about eight months, I am now being given this ridiculous excuse. If you do not have a proper service network or it is inadequate, then do not sell your vacuum cleaners in Turkey. Sell them in a country where you can actually provide proper service. What right do you have to leave people struggling like this? Do not insult people’s intelligence. Detergent use has nothing to do with Wi-Fi or sensor issues. When I sent the device back again, I met another customer dealing with the exact same issue. Stop making up excuses. If others have experienced the same situation, we should come together, defend our consumer rights, and file a collective petition. If my issue is not resolved, I will take legal action.
