Roborock Qrevo L Suction Problem After Three Months of Use

I have been using the Roborock Qrevo L robot vacuum cleaner for approximately 3.5 months. I purchased the product from Hepsiburada for ₺31,998. Since the first day, I have regularly performed all maintenance and settings, including filter cleaning, device reset, mapping, and app updates. Despite this, for the past month, the device has consistently been losing suction power, and its cleaning performance has significantly decreased. I experience this issue every time I use it. I contacted Roborock customer service, and they advised me to send the product in for warranty service. However, since there is no authorized service center in Kızıltepe, Mardin, I have to ship the product via cargo. If I have to send the device for repair every three months, I don’t understand why I paid such a high price in the first place. Moreover, I’m concerned that the product might stay in service for about a month and that it may not return in proper condition. I chose this brand because it is known for its reliability and durability, but it has not met my expectations. I do not accept that the product malfunctioned in such a short time. I request a prompt and permanent solution under warranty, including product replacement or a full refund if necessary.
