Roborock Q8 Max Pro Wheel Error Makes Robot Vacuum Unusable
My Roborock Q8 Max Pro robot vacuum started displaying the error message “The robot vacuum's wheel is stuck. Please reposition the robot or move it to another location” before even completing its first year of use, making the device unusable. Since the problem first appeared on October 10, I shipped the product to Recci Teknoloji on October 12. The shipping tracking information confirms that it was delivered on October 13. However, as of October 18, no service record has been opened in the system, I have received no updates, and nobody has contacted me to explain when the product will be inspected.
I relied entirely on this device for my daily cleaning needs. Now, I am left without my robot vacuum and forced to wait without any information about the repair process. This situation has caused me considerable inconvenience and financial hardship. I request that the product be replaced free of charge or repaired at no cost and returned to me as soon as possible. If neither option is possible, I demand a full refund of the purchase price.
I want to make it clear that if my grievance is not resolved and this uncertainty continues, I will pursue not only a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee but also legal action through the courts if necessary. I intend to exercise all my legal rights to the fullest extent.
