I Face Spoiled Nescafé 2 In 1 And Request Refund





On 10/12/2025, I purchased Nescafé 2 in 1 from BIM Market. When I opened and prepared the very first sachet, I immediately noticed that the product was spoiled in terms of smell, taste, and appearance, so I could not consume it safely. I still have the product packaging with the expiration date and production information clearly visible, and I can share it if requested.
I have already submitted a complaint regarding this issue, but I have not yet received any response. I request that the spoiled product be examined and that I be provided with both a refund and a replacement for the defective items I purchased.
