I bought this expensive machine, expecting top-tier performance, but it has only run 10-15 times in total before repeatedly giving me an internal error, code 108! The first time it broke, I sent it for service through Vatan Bilgisayar, where I bought it. They sent it back, claiming "no issues" and that it was working fine. It did work for two more cleanings, and now it's thrown the exact same error again! It's completely unacceptable to spend so much money on a device that fails so frequently after minimal use. I even tried a factory reset, but nothing.

I couldn't return it within the refund period because it takes time to set up and use a large machine, and I was out of town when it arrived. I chose Roborock because it's supposed to be a leading brand, hoping to avoid these headaches, yet here I am, completely victimized. I tried calling their technical support before sending it back, but no one answers. Their after-sales service is utterly useless, and hauling this massive vacuum back and forth is a huge burden. This is its second failure, clearly indicating a persistent defect. On top of everything, it doesn't even vacuum well!

Roborock, you need to replace this defective unit with a new one! This is a huge disappointment, and I did not expect such poor quality from a "leader" in the market. Stop selling faulty products and send me a working vacuum immediately!
