I Lost Troops and Resources in Rise of Kingdoms KVK Due to Connection Error

During the KVK war in Rise of Kingdoms, I received a rally alert saying that enemies were attacking my fortress. I immediately tried to log in, but the game wouldn’t let me connect. I kept getting error messages over and over. While I was locked out, the enemy launched the rally, killed my troops, and stole my resources. This wasn’t my fault—it was clearly a connection issue on the game’s side. Had I been able to log in, I could’ve defended myself and stopped the rally. I’ve invested a lot of time and money into this game, and losing everything because of server problems is unacceptable. I’m demanding that Rise of Kingdoms fully compensate me for the lost troops and resources. This needs to be fixed now.
