On 03.07.2025, I was playing Efootball 2025 when my opponent suddenly quit the match. According to the game rules, I should have been awarded a 3-0 win by default. However, instead of receiving the win, I was disconnected from the game entirely. I tried logging back into my account, but for over an hour, I could not reconnect to the servers.
When I finally managed to log back in, I was unable to enter any matches. The system displayed an error saying: “Matchmaking was interrupted due to an issue.” The match result was not recorded, and my efforts went unrewarded.
This situation has caused me frustration and wasted my gaming time. I expect a fair resolution: either my rightful win should be reflected in my account, or I should be compensated with Coins for the inconvenience.
Additionally, I would like to raise a serious concern about cheating on your servers. I have observed that certain players, especially from the Middle East, are exploiting VPNs to slow down or manipulate the game through network lag and momentum abuse. This ruins the competitive balance of the game and makes it unfair for honest players.
