Hello, I’ve been playing Rise of Kingdoms since 2020 without any major issues—until now. Suddenly, I’m unable to log into the game. Every time I try, it throws error code 10002404 and says there’s a connection error. My internet is working perfectly fine, and I haven’t changed anything on my device or network.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem in all the years I’ve played, and I’m really frustrated. I’ve already lost valuable game time, and I expect the developers to not only resolve this error immediately but also to compensate me for the time I couldn’t play due to this technical failure.
Please take this issue seriously. Many players rely on daily logins, battles, and alliance activities. When you shut us out like this with no explanation, it affects our overall progress and enjoyment. I’m waiting for a quick fix and proper compensation for the inconvenience caused.
