Rise of Kingdoms Failed to Address Account Security After Facebook Hack
My experience with Rise of Kingdoms and their customer support has been deeply disappointing. After my Facebook account was hacked, I lost access to my Rise of Kingdoms account. I contacted their support team to request the removal of my compromised Facebook account’s link from the game.
Despite explaining the situation and providing proof of ownership with purchase receipts, their support team repeatedly redirected me to Facebook support instead of offering direct assistance. Rise of Kingdoms showed a lack of concern for player security and satisfaction, failing to provide a genuine solution to protect my account from future breaches.
While the game itself can be enjoyable, the poor handling of player issues and ineffective customer support make it hard to trust or invest time and money in the game. Security and player satisfaction clearly aren’t their priorities.
