Unfair Matchmaking Issues in Wild Rift Ranked Games

I have been playing Riot Games’ Wild Rift on my Android device, and for the past few days I have experienced serious matchmaking problems in ranked games. Players from very different ranks, such as Diamond 1 and Emerald 4, are being matched in the same games. This creates an unfair competitive environment and ruins the overall gameplay experience.

So far, I have not contacted customer support. My in-game username is A******#TR06.

I request that a fairer matchmaking system be implemented and that the rank range in ranked matches be narrowed to ensure balanced competition.
