I Report Unfair Matchmaking Issues in League of Legends Ranked

For about a month now, I have been experiencing serious matchmaking problems in League of Legends ranked mode. Despite usually performing well, I keep losing because my teammates are often very weak players, which caused me to drop from Platinum 2 down to Gold 4. On the rare occasions when I play poorly, the enemy team always seems to get very strong players, making the games feel extremely unbalanced. I already reported this issue to customer support, but I only received the generic response of “this happens to everyone,” without any real solution. I play on the TR server with the username vladd#1938. I request that this unfair matchmaking problem be fixed and that a more balanced and fair ranked experience be provided.
