Wild Rift Ranked Matchmaking and Reporting System Are Broken

The ranked matchmaking system in Wild Rift is absolutely terrible. As an Emerald 1 player, I keep getting matched with Platinum 4 players, which immediately puts us at a disadvantage and leads to guaranteed losses. On top of that, the reporting system seems useless—nothing happens when I report toxic or AFK players. It’s frustrating to constantly deal with this poor experience. Why are we stuck with such a broken system? We need a solution, and we need it fast.
