Stuck in ARAM Lobby on League of Legends Account

On my League of Legends account, I have been stuck in a private ARAM game lobby for the past 24 hours and cannot leave. This issue has never happened to me before, but I know several others are experiencing similar problems. Despite restarting the game, reinstalling the client, and trying all basic fixes, the problem still persists.

I already submitted a support ticket (#117761007), but I have not received any response in 24 hours. I believe this issue is specific to my account and I urgently need a solution.

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
