Riot Support Ignoring Account Recovery Tickets After Theft

I am a player who has actively used my Riot Games account for many years. The account I play League of Legends and Wild Rift on was stolen in February of this year, and despite repeatedly trying to recover it since then, I have not been able to get any results.
I contacted Riot Games Support by opening support tickets and reaching out via email. In order to verify my account, I provided all relevant information in full, including my username, the email address linked to the account, and even the very first email address I used when I originally created the account. Despite this, I received no responses to the tickets I submitted, and the automated account recovery system did not function properly. Every attempt resulted in a different issue.
The fact that an account containing nearly eight years of effort, time, and spending has been left in this state so easily, and that the support team has remained completely silent, has caused me serious hardship. I am requesting that a proper security review be conducted and that my account be returned to me as soon as possible, along with a clear and explanatory response regarding the outcome.
