My 13-year-old Riot Games account was stolen in under a minute, and I received an email saying my login email had been changed. But here's the shocking part—I never got a verification code, not to my email, not to my phone through two-factor authentication. Just like that, my email, password, and username were all changed without my approval or confirmation.
This is an account I’ve had since Season 2, packed with memories, purchases, rewards, and thousands of games with friends. I immediately submitted a recovery ticket to Riot Support and included everything—screenshots of matches from 7-8 years ago, RP purchase details, old usernames, legacy skins, and even specific rewards from early seasons. I provided more than enough proof that the account is mine.
And still, Riot’s support team won’t help. I only get vague, copy-pasted replies that feel like they’re from bots, not real people. One reply even dismissed all the detailed info I gave with a lazy one-liner saying it wasn’t “sufficient.”
This is unacceptable. Riot, how can an account with that much history and verification be stolen so easily—and worse, how can you ignore such clear evidence from a loyal player? I’m demanding real support from a real person. Help me recover my account before everything I built is gone for good.
