Lost Access to My LoL Account: Stolen, Renamed, and Suspended Without Resolution

Hello everyone,

I’ve been a dedicated League of Legends (LoL) player for years, but I recently took an 8-month break due to work commitments. When I tried to log in again, I couldn’t access my account. After submitting multiple tickets and waiting endlessly, I had to resolve part of the issue myself. To my shock, my account—never shared or used on any other computer—had been stolen. The hacker even renamed it to "musakka#bless" and managed to get it suspended.

I repeatedly reached out to Riot Games support, but all I received were generic, automated responses. No one genuinely looked into my case or provided help. This lack of security and support completely destroyed my trust in the platform. I invested both money and countless hours into this account, yet my effort was dismissed like it didn’t matter.

To anyone reading this, think twice before investing your time and money in LoL. It’s disheartening to lose everything you’ve worked for, especially when the company offers no real assistance. Riot Games, I urge you to address this issue promptly for the sake of your players.
