My Riot Games LoL Account Stolen—No Response After 4 Days

I'm frustrated because my League of Legends account was stolen, and it's been really frustrating waiting for a response to my ticket for about 4 days now. Riot Games is typically known for their prompt responses to various concerns. However, in this particular instance, their response was limited to requesting the ticket details once more, without offering any substantial assistance. I've been playing for around 11 years now, and I've managed to hold onto my original username and all the RP and VP codes I've bought. However, it seems like they're not really making a difference or providing any assistance. I'm quite let down by this.
