Riot Games Banned My League of Legends Account and Motherboard Without Explanation

1-2 months ago, my League of Legends account was banned as if I had been using cheats, even though I wasn’t. Initially, I thought it was a mistake, so I submitted a ticket, assuming they would investigate, realize I didn’t cheat, and lift the ban. After submitting the ticket, I waited for about three days without any response, only for them to close it without replying. I thought it must have been an error and submitted another ticket, but they closed it again without any explanation. Frustrated, I sent another ticket asking why they weren’t responding, yet they still ignored it. The worst part is not only banning my account but also banning my motherboard, leaving no one to communicate with. It’s honestly a disgraceful support system. I lost my account, all my money and effort went to waste, and now I can’t even play the game. They introduced something called Vanguard, which seems to have ruined the game. The same thing happened in Valorant and also in LoL years ago before Vanguard. I’ve been using this account for 10 years and never received a ban before. After Vanguard, I got this unnecessary ban. Don’t play or encourage others to play—Riot doesn’t care about its players. Their support system is purely decorative. To add insult to injury, I just checked and saw they’ve completely deleted my account—I can’t even log in anymore.
