Riot Permanently Banned My 831-Level League of Legends Account Without Just Cause

I’ve been playing League of Legends for over 10 years, and just recently, my account was permanently banned — without any legitimate reason. I first received a Vanguard notification, followed by a message saying my account was suspended for using third-party software. This is completely untrue. I’ve never used any cheats or unauthorized tools in my life.

My account was level 831 — years of dedication, time, and money poured into it. I submitted multiple tickets asking Riot to review my match history and behavior logs. Every response I received was a copy-pasted bot reply, completely ignoring my actual request.

To make matters worse, I can’t even play the game on a different account now — they’ve banned my entire device. I don’t play any other games. League was the only one I cared about.
