I Got Banned from Valorant Without Cheating and My Account Is Still Suspended

My Valorant account was banned even though I have never used any cheats. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on that account, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out without any valid reason. I submitted a support ticket, and they said the account would be reviewed. Eventually, my regular ban was lifted—but my account is still in suspension, and I haven’t received any updates since then.

I’ve followed every step they asked for, and still nothing. If I had actually cheated, would I be trying so hard to get this account back? I opened another support ticket, but I was completely ignored again. This lack of communication and support is deeply disappointing. Riot, I expect a prompt response and resolution. Unlock my account or at least give me a clear explanation. I've been patient long enough.
