I Got Wrongfully Banned in Valorant After Switching from Mac to Windows

A few months ago, my Valorant account was banned for cheating, even though I’ve never used any third-party software. I’ve been playing on the same account and same computer for over two years, and I believe the only change that may have triggered this was switching from a Mac to a Windows operating system. That’s the only factor I can identify that might have confused Riot’s anti-cheat system.
I sent multiple support tickets and emails to Riot Games explaining the situation in detail. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my earlier messages. After finally receiving a response yesterday—months later—they simply stated that the ban was justified, with no explanation or willingness to investigate further. I felt dismissed and brushed off, as if they didn’t even read my message properly.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable for such a large platform. I am extremely disappointed with how Riot handled my case. I ask that my account be re-evaluated fairly and the ban lifted, as I have never cheated and I deserve to have my voice heard and my account reinstated.
