I want to report an issue related to my League of Legends account to Riot Games Support, but I am unable to submit a support ticket through the support page. I have tried 6–7 times from both my computer and my phone, but at the “submit ticket” step, the system keeps redirecting me to another page and does not allow me to send my request. Because of this, I am unable to communicate the problems I am experiencing with my account to the support team.
In the game itself, I am experiencing serious problems, especially due to the matchmaking system. The players assigned to my team are sometimes people whose skill level is unclear, who do not take the game seriously, or who simply do not understand how to play. Because of this, I lose matches and drop in rank. The time and effort I have invested in my account are going to waste due to these types of teammates, and my enjoyment of the game has completely disappeared.
I am requesting that Riot Games fix the technical issue that prevents me from submitting support tickets and also make the matchmaking system more fair and balanced. I am looking for a solution where the effort I put into my account is rewarded and where I can communicate with the support team smoothly and without issues.
