Unable to Access Riot Games Wild Rift Support—Long-Standing Issue Needs Resolution

I’m having a serious issue with Riot Games Wild Rift support. Every time I try to access the support section, I encounter an error, and I’m unable to submit a ticket. I’ve spent at least 20,000 on this account, and I can’t understand how such poor service is possible. I’ve been dealing with this issue for years, and nothing I’ve tried has fixed it.
