Riot Games Refuses to Lift False Valorant Cheating Ban

My Valorant account was permanently banned for alleged cheating. I strongly believe this ban is completely unjustified because my account was stolen without my consent, and the person who used cheats was the individual who stole my account—not me.
My account was stolen around January 3, 2024. At that time, I was completing mandatory military service and did not have access to a computer, so I was unable to monitor my account for a long period. I managed to recover the account about 3–4 months ago, immediately changed my password, and strengthened my security settings. However, during the period when my account was compromised, the person who stole it used cheats, which resulted in both a permanent ban and an HWID ban being applied to my account.
The fact that I am still able to play Valorant on other accounts using the same device clearly proves that I have never used cheats myself. Despite this, the ban on my main account has not been lifted. I have submitted multiple support tickets through Riot’s support system, both in Turkish and in English. I repeatedly provided logs showing login attempts from cities and countries that do not belong to me, IP address discrepancies, suspicious email activity, and inconsistencies in purchase records. I also clearly explained that I was serving in the military during that period and therefore could not access my account.
Despite all this evidence, my requests are consistently closed with nearly identical, automated responses stating, “The penalty has been manually reviewed and confirmed. The decision is final.” I believe the evidence I provided has not been genuinely reviewed, and this situation has caused me serious financial and emotional distress.
I invested years of time and effort into this account and spent over $217 on the game. Having all of my progress and spending erased because of violations committed by a thief is completely unacceptable to me. Moreover, there are many documented cases of players who were unfairly banned after their accounts were stolen and later had their accounts reinstated after providing evidence.
For all these reasons, I request that my account and all related records be manually reviewed once again in detail, that the permanent ban applied to my account be lifted, and that my account be restored to me. If necessary, I am ready to resubmit additional documents and evidence, including proof of my military service, connection records, IP logs, and purchase history.
