Wrongful Valorant Ban – Request for Account and Device Ban Review or Refund

About 4–5 days ago, my Valorant account was wrongfully banned for allegedly using third-party software or cheats. The punishment included a 4-month device ban and a permanent account ban. However, I have never used any cheats or third-party programs, and I even have video evidence proving my clean gameplay.
I submitted this evidence through the official Riot Games Support portal, but I only received a generic response stating that the ban was automated and could not be reviewed further. No one actually investigated my case or the evidence I provided.
I have spent approximately ₺3500–₺4000 on this account. It has only ever been used on my personal device, and I have never shared it with anyone else. Despite all of this, both my account and device remain banned without any fair review.
I respectfully request that Riot Games conduct a detailed manual investigation into my account and device ban and lift the sanctions if no violations are found. If Riot refuses to reinstate my account, then I demand a full refund of the money I invested in Valorant.
