On January 20, 2025, my Valorant account was permanently banned for allegedly using third-party software. But I have never used any cheat program or suspicious software—not for Valorant, not for any other game. I’ve been playing for nearly 4 years and have put in serious time, effort, and over ₺12,000 into my account.
Despite sending countless support tickets, Riot has only responded with the same generic copy-paste paragraph over and over. No real answers, no investigation, no one to actually talk to. They claim the case was reviewed, but I have every reason to believe it wasn’t properly checked at all. I would never risk my account with any third-party software. I valued it too much.
It’s devastating to lose everything I built up over years—and worse, to feel completely ignored by Riot’s support team. If I create a new account, I’ll never be able to invest the same again.
