Valorant Banned My Account After It Was Hacked and Used for Cheating

On January 20, 2025, my Valorant account was permanently banned due to the alleged use of third-party software. I was utterly taken aback as I have never utilized any unauthorized programs. My account got hacked, and the hacker used cheats, which resulted in a ban. I feel frustrated because I put in so much effort on that account, and now it's locked because of someone else's actions. It's frustrating to realize that my account has been removed for something I didn't even do. I anticipated a transparent review process, yet I have not gotten any substantial feedback up to this point. I respectfully request a re-evaluation of my case and a resolution to restore my access to my account.
