Valorant Permanently Banned My Account Unfairly Despite ₺10,000 Spent

My Valorant account (username: hestianizm0, ID: hestia#yigit) was first banned for one year in 2023, and then permanently. After my account was hacked and used by someone else, offensive messages were sent to other players. I reported this multiple times to Riot Games, clearly explaining that it was not me who used the account, but I received no support and my requests were ignored.
The ban reason was repeatedly stated as “use of third-party software”, but I have never used cheats. My match history clearly shows very average performance. If I were cheating, why would I risk an account on which I spent nearly ₺10,000? At the time, I was a high school student, saving my internship wages—often skipping meals—to invest in this game.
After the permanent ban, I contacted the Riot Games support team many times, but only received automatic replies without any real solutions. I requested that my account be reinstated, and if not possible, at least that the money I spent be refunded.
This situation has caused me severe frustration, especially since I see many accounts on social media openly using cheats without being banned. It makes me feel that the punishment applied to me was baseless and unfair. The experience has also affected me psychologically, as Valorant was my only source of entertainment while I was away from my family during my internship.
I request that my account be re-investigated, that my grievance be resolved, and if necessary, that the money I spent be refunded.
