Riot Games Ignored My Support Request After Both My Accounts Were Hacked
About 1-2 weeks ago, two of my Riot Games accounts were hacked. Despite this, I never received an email notification about a change in email or two-factor authentication approval.
I immediately submitted a support ticket, providing extensive details: confirmation emails for purchases, all usernames I’ve used, previous passwords and emails, and even the names of friends linked to my accounts. After a week of waiting, Riot Games keeps saying, “We need more information.” I’ve already provided everything I have, and all my emails contain my full name.
Additionally, my EA and Epic Games accounts, which were also compromised, were restored within an hour with far less information. Riot Games, I demand immediate action to recover my accounts. Stop delaying and resolve this now!
