Riot Games Issues Extreme Valorant Ban for Single Connection Drop

I believe the penalty applied to my Valorant account under Riot Games is completely unfair. I play the game under the username e**. On January 8, 2026, during the final round of a match, my internet connection briefly disconnected, causing me to drop out of the game. Even though this happened only once, my account was given a 335-hour suspension.
Despite never having received any penalties before and the fact that this incident was entirely unintentional and caused by a one-time connection issue, being banned from the game for such a long period feels disproportionate and unjust. I did not intentionally leave the match, I did not engage in any toxic behavior toward my teammates or opponents, and I simply experienced a technical issue.
I request that Riot Games conduct a detailed review of the relevant match records and my account and remove the 335-hour ban applied to me. I ask that this situation be recognized as a connection-related issue and that the unfair impact on me be resolved.
