My Wild Rift account has been unfairly suspended, and I have no idea why. I haven’t committed any violations, yet the game shows that I’ve received a penalty. I’ve sent multiple support tickets to Riot Games, but no one has replied—not even a basic explanation of what the supposed offense is or how long the suspension will last.
I demand immediate access to my account. This is completely unacceptable. If a player is going to be penalized, they deserve clear communication and a chance to appeal. Right now, I’m just left in the dark, locked out of my account without any justification.
Riot Games, please take this seriously. Restore my access or at least explain what I’m being accused of. I’ve done nothing wrong, and I deserve transparency and support.
