My Valorant account connected to Riot Games, named n****, was permanently banned on September 10, 2025 for “toxic behavior.” However, I believe this penalty is unjust.
In the match where the ban occurred, I did not use insults; a friend who was using my computer made the offensive comments. During the match, my friend was subjected to heavy insults targeting his religious beliefs. Despite this, applying a permanent ban to my account and placing all responsibility on me is not fair. Also, I find it unacceptable that my account was permanently banned immediately, without any prior warnings or temporary penalties.
During this process, I submitted a support ticket with Riot Support, but the responses were both inadequate and superficial; there was no detailed explanation, and I was not given a convincing answer that a real review was conducted. I purchased roughly $116 USD worth of VP, skins, and content on this account, and having it permanently closed based on one match and one argument — without any previous warnings — has caused me financial and emotional distress.
I am requesting that the records and in-game chat history of my account be reviewed again in detail, that this ban decision be reconsidered, and that the penalty be removed if possible. At a minimum, I want a fair and proportionate ruling that takes into account my prior clean record and the investment I made in this account.
