My Valorant account was given a 14-day suspension today for being AFK. However, these AFK incidents happened completely outside of my control and were caused by system crashes that occurred during gameplay.
Recently, I experienced similar crashes in several matches, which caused my connection to drop. In the most recent match, the game crashed again, and immediately afterward, a 14-day suspension was applied to my account. I never had any intention of leaving matches or deliberately abandoning my team; this issue was entirely technical and unintentional.
I respectfully request that Riot Games conduct a detailed review of this 14-day suspension and remove what I believe to be an unfair penalty. This situation has negatively affected both my enjoyment of the game and my account reputation. I ask that the suspension be reconsidered while taking into account system-related connection issues and game crashes.
