Unjust Permanent Ban And Hardware Ban On Wild Rift

I am writing regarding my League of Legends: Wild Rift account, with the username T1BIBO#3570, which received a permanent ban and a hardware ban on December 25. I believe this decision is unfair, and the system has misidentified my behavior as cheating. Due to frequent lag issues, I often try to stabilize my connection by briefly disconnecting from my main internet and switching to an extended Wi‑Fi during matches. I did this multiple times mid-game only to reduce lag and play normally, never with any intention of gaining an unfair advantage or using third-party software. After the ban and hardware restriction, I submitted multiple support tickets to Riot Games and even provided proof of which applications were open whenever I was playing Wild Rift, to show that I was not using cheats or unauthorized software (my applications opened on my phone that day, attached below). However, I only received a standard response saying that cheating behavior was initially flagged and that the penalty is considered correct, without any clear explanation or specific evidence. I respectfully request a full review of my account and device history, and I am asking for a full unban of my Wild Rift account and removal of the hardware ban. I would like Riot Games to recheck the logs, verify that my disconnections were due to network issues and Wi‑Fi switching, and provide a clear explanation based on concrete data if they still believe there was cheating. I am ready to cooperate and provide any additional information needed, as I would very much like to continue playing Wild Rift on my account.
