Riot Games Support Too Slow in Recovering My Hacked Account

Recently, all of my email accounts were hacked, and as a result, every platform linked to them was compromised—including my Riot Games account. I immediately reported the issue to Riot Support, explaining the urgency of the situation, but the process is moving incredibly slowly.

I provided detailed information and screenshots to prove my ownership, yet Riot Games is dragging its feet in helping me recover my account. This account holds significant personal and financial value, and I don’t understand why they are taking so long to respond.

After submitting a ticket, I received a response three days later, replied within minutes, and now another three days have passed with no update. Does Riot Games expect me to wait until my account is completely destroyed before taking action? I need immediate assistance before further damage is done. Riot Support, please take this issue seriously and speed up the recovery process!
