I Can’t Recover My Hacked Valorant Account Despite Submitting a Support Ticket

My Valorant account was hacked, and ever since then, I’ve been locked out. I immediately submitted a support ticket to Riot Games, but it’s been days and I still haven’t received any resolution. My account remains suspended, and I find it incredibly frustrating that such a massive gaming company can’t fix what should be a straightforward account recovery issue.
I can easily prove that the account belongs to me. I have all the necessary information to verify ownership, and I’ve offered to provide it multiple times, but no one from Riot seems to be listening. I’ve invested a significant amount of money into this account—skins, bundles, Valorant Points—and now it feels like all of that is just gone.
Riot Games, you need to take user security more seriously. If you’re going to have a competitive and paid in-game ecosystem, then the least you can do is have a responsive and effective account recovery process. Please restore access to my account and give me back what I rightfully own. I’m still waiting and expect urgent action.
