Riot Games Deleted My Hacked Account Instead of Returning It

On February 24, 2025, my Riot Games account was hacked. I immediately submitted a support ticket, providing all necessary information—my original email, VP purchase details, first agent, first skin—everything Riot asked for. Instead of helping me recover my account, they permanently disabled it and sent me this response:
"Unfortunately, accounts that have been compromised lose their security entirely and must be permanently deactivated. We’re truly sorry for this situation."
I’m shocked! I have been playing since 2020, investing countless hours and ₺60,000, and now all of it is gone! Instead of protecting loyal players, Riot just deletes their accounts. I never expected such an unfair policy from a company like this.
