Riot Games Denies Access to Recovered Account Despite Proof of Ownership
My Riot Games account was stolen, and after contacting support and providing all the necessary information, I received a response. However, instead of restoring my access, they refused to return my account, claiming it had been compromised multiple times and that I couldn’t maintain its security. This response is both infuriating and absurd. It’s their job to secure accounts, not deny users access after they’ve provided proof of ownership. All account details are mine, and the account itself holds a value of at least ₺20,000. Riot, please act responsibly and return my account promptly. This situation is incredibly frustrating for a long-time, dedicated player.
