Riot Games Bug And My Grievance

It looks like Riot Games has put a permanent ban on my Valorant account, which I haven't even logged into. After realizing their mistake, they removed the ban, but now I can't get into my account. They've wiped everything clean, my registered email isn't getting password reset emails, and the support agent with the username "l****" is completely useless and can't help me at all. Even after I explained the problem several times, they kept taking the same steps that weren't helping. They even threatened to close my ticket. I've been playing since Season 7, and I've spent a lot of money and time on it, only to be treated like this.
